Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer information and follow-up activities.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Build positive relationships with customers through courteous and professional communication.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Requirements
Must have an interest in telemarketing and sales.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge and experience in using CRM or call management tools preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
