Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and technically inclined Business Development Executive (Field Sales) who can identify potential clients, conduct field visits, and pitch IT and automation solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working on the ground, meeting clients, and explaining solutions like smart automation, CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi solutions, and structured cabling.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve customer outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Bachelor's degree preferred.
