. We are seeking a

Telecaller

to join our sales and marketing team to support our client and student outreach.

We are looking for a confident and energetic

Telecaller

who can handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and assist in converting inquiries into customers or students. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and students, playing a key role in promoting Slams Art's programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students based on lead data. Explain Slams Art's services clearly and persuasively. Handle inbound queries with professionalism and clarity. Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets. Schedule appointments or demos for interested leads. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role. Good communication skills in

English and Malayalam

. Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools). Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
