to be part of the Great Kerala Festival 2025 campaign. As a Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for vendors and the general public, helping them with registrations, queries, and campaign-related information.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential vendors (shops, small businesses, service providers) to explain the festival, registration process, and benefits.
Assist vendors with online registration and coordinate with district teams for follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and public inquiries about event schedules, contests, games, and branded store locations.
Provide clear information regarding branding kits, Onam events, roadshows, and giveaways.
Maintain accurate call logs and update daily status reports (Interested / Not Interested / Converted / Pending).
Register consumer queries and escalate specific requests to the concerned district support team.
Flag "hot leads" for premium onboarding to the sales team.
Support in consumer engagement activities through WhatsApp/SMS follow-ups.
Ensure high-quality communication, professionalism, and timely responses to both vendors and consumers.
