What You'll Do:

Engage with prospective clients over phone calls and explain Carlton Edu's trading services, educational offerings, and account benefits. Convert leads into active clients through confident communication, needs analysis, and persuasive presentation. Follow up on inbound inquiries and warm leads--no cold calling nightmares. Maintain and update CRM systems with call records, client feedback, and next steps. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Stay updated on forex, crypto, and financial markets to educate clients with credibility.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Passion for sales, trading, or financial markets. Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead conversion roles is preferred. Confident, self-driven, and able to handle objections professionally. Ability to work with targets and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
