We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Tele Sales Executive to manage lead engagement and conversions from our office. This role involves interacting with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp--no field visits required. You will understand prospect needs, explain mutual fund solutions and platform features, and guide them through the onboarding process. Consistent follow-ups, CRM accuracy, and hitting monthly targets are key.
Responsibilities
Contact and engage leads via phone and WhatsApp (office-based role)
Explain product offerings and help customers understand mutual fund options
Qualify and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline
Keep detailed records of all calls, chats, and follow-ups in the CRM
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion goals
Requirements
Strong verbal communication in
English & Hindi
(Malayalam optional if needed)
Full-time, office-based availability
Interest in finance/investment products
Confident, self-driven, and good at follow-ups
Freshers with good communication skills may apply
