Janitri is building India's most trusted maternal wellness brand. We're looking for a Business Development Associate (D2C) who can speak directly to expecting and new mothers, help them understand our products, and convert warm leads into happy customers. This is a calling-first role, best suited for someone empathetic, persuasive, and fluent in Hindi & English. Key Responsibilities: -
Lead Engagement & Conversion
? Call leads from website, Amazon, WhatsApp, ads, and influencer campaigns
? Explain product features, address doubts, and build trust through empathy
? Convert warm leads to orders by offering the right guidance and timely follow-ups -
Daily Calling & Reporting
? Make 60-80 calls/day (mix of follow-ups and fresh leads)
? Update CRM (Zoho/Sheets) with call outcomes, queries, and feedback
? Share daily reports on conversion %, dropped calls, and common concerns -
Customer Support & Education
? Act as a friendly brand representative helping moms through pregnancy & postpartum care
? Handle basic product inquiries and route complex issues to support team
? Maintain a warm, supportive, and solution-driven tone at all times
You're a Great Fit If You:
? Have 1-3 years of telecalling, inside sales, or customer support experience in D2C/eCommerce
? Speak fluent Hindi and English (South Indian languages are a bonus!)
? Are patient, confident, and know how to build rapport in the first 30 seconds
? Understand the emotional needs of moms, caregivers, and health-first buyers
? Are comfortable with CRM updates, call tracking, and daily reporting Bonus Points For:
? Prior experience in maternity, wellness, femtech, or personal care brands
? Working with Shopify, WhatsApp, Zoho CRM, or telephony tools
? Handling influencer-generated or ad-based inbound leads
