1. Make outbound calls and gather feedback from customers on our services.

2. Iden?fy interested and non-interested customers.

3. Generate high-quality leads as per sales protocols.

4. A?end incoming calls and address client concerns with pa?ence and enthusiasm.

5. Maintain accurate records of all calls made and received.

6. Build and nurture by posi?ve rela?onships with prospects.

7. Ensure adherence to informa?on security guidelines.

Fresher and experienced both can apply
