What You Will Do
? Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
? Clearly explain insurance products, benefits, and options
? Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
? Maintain detailed records of calls and conversions
? Handle customer questions with patience and clarity
? Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs
? Support the team's growth and maintain high communication standards

? Strong communication in Malayalam (English is a bonus)
? Basic computer knowledge
