Tele Sales Executives

in Ranchi to sell

software solutions and mobile applications

to business owners. This is a

lead-based sales role

with

no cold calling

. If you have prior experience in

telecalling sales, inside sales, or telesales

and want a stable role with performance-based incentives, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming and assigned leads

for software, website, and mobile app solutions Make outbound calls to

interested prospects

(no cold calls) Understand customer requirements and

pitch relevant software/app solutions

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to business owners Follow up with leads to

close sales and achieve monthly targets

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of customers Build long-term relationships with clients to improve repeat business and referrals
Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience

in telecalling sales / telesales / inside sales Experience selling

software, websites, mobile apps, IT services, or digital products

is preferred Strong communication skills in

Hindi and English

Comfortable working in a

target-driven sales environment

Basic knowledge of CRM systems or lead management tools is an advantage Must be willing to work

from office in Ranchi

(Freshers are not eligible for this role.)

Salary & Benefits

?15,000 fixed monthly salary

Average monthly earning: ?25,000 - ?35,000
