Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves guiding students for admissions, handling sales-focused calling, and driving conversions with clarity and confidence.
Make outbound & inbound calls to students to explain available courses and programs
Identify their goals, needs, and preferences to provide personalised recommendations
Answer questions clearly and remove doubts through strong communication
Conduct consistent follow-ups to move students through the admissions pipeline
Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions through ethical sales techniques
Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and daily follow-up sheets
Work closely with the counselling & operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Who We're Looking For
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi + English)
Confident and persuasive on calls
Ability to understand student requirements and provide clarity
Target-driven, consistent, and resilient
Freshers welcome if communication is strong
Strong calling + follow-up discipline is mandatory
