Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic
Tele Sales Executive
for our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential business clients, and promoting our HR services over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to handle business conversations confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable HR solutions accordingly
Generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM tools
Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and closures
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to strategize B2B campaigns
Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong lead generation and tele sales abilities
Good understanding of HR solutions or willingness to learn quickly
Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or MBA preferred)
0-2 years of experience in tele sales or inside sales
