Job Description

A tele-sales executive is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide customer support. They play a crucial role in customer interaction, sales, and feedback collection.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls (Sales & Lead Generation)

Contact potential or existing customers to promote products/services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Generate sales leads and set appointments for further discussions. Follow up with customers to close sales or maintain relationships.
2. Inbound Calls (Customer Support & Queries)

Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, or policies. Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain a database of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with relevant details. Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and customer feedback.
4. Relationship Building & Communication

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Handle objections and negotiate effectively. Ensure a polite, professional, and friendly tone in all communications.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
