Tele Sales Executive (healthcare Background)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive with a pharmaceutical background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge in pharma products and excellent communication skills to promote and sell to medical stores, clinics, or distributors over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (medical professionals, chemists, retailers, distributors) to promote pharma products

Provide detailed product information, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions

Maintain and update a database of customer interactions and orders

Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Handle objections and resolve client concerns effectively

Share market feedback and customer insights with the management

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience in pharma sales or tele-calling in the healthcare sector preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, categories, and usage.

Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel or CRM tools is a plus.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
