Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling. Identify potential clients such as:
? Government departments

? Municipal corporations

? Industrial units

? Consultants & EPC contractors

Qualify leads based on project requirement, authority, and feasibility. Maintain accurate records of:
? Calls made ? Leads generated ? Follow-ups scheduled

Update lead details in Excel / CRM system. Ensure systematic follow-ups as per defined timelines. Fix meetings and site visits for: ? Liaisoning Officers ? Sales / Project teams Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Assist in identifying: ? Upcoming government tenders ? DPR-related opportunities ? Consultant and authority contacts Clearly explain company profile, services, and project capabilities. Handle basic customer queries and route technical questions to the concerned team. Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Skills:

? Strong telephonic communication. ? Basic understanding of sales processes. ? Ability to handle structured calling and follow-ups. ? Organized data handling & follow-up discipline. ? Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM systems.

Qualification

: o Graduate / Diploma (any stream)

Experience:

o 1-4 years of experience in: ? Tele Sales ? EPC/Government Project Calling ? Infrastructure or industrial B2B sales (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
