OTE (On-Target Earnings)

uncapped commissions

on successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and close

warm & cold leads

over the phone. Book appointments for

Business Development Managers (BDMs)

in Australia. Qualify customers based on

company-provided criteria

. Handle objections confidently and maintain

high-quality conversations

. Provide

tailored recommendations

to meet customer needs. Perform

admin and clerical tasks

related to sales. Support team members in

daily operations

.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 days a week availability
