Generating sales leads:

Persuading customers:

Effectively communicating the value of products/services and overcoming objections to make sales.

Maintaining customer relationships:

Following up with customers, addressing concerns, and building long-term loyalty.

Achieving sales targets:

Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.

Maintaining accurate records:

Updating CRM systems with customer information and sales data.

Providing excellent customer service:

Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Following up on leads:

Nurturing leads to increase conversion rates.

Staying updated on products and services:

Maintaining knowledge of company offerings to effectively promote them.

Collaborating with the sales team:

Sharing insights and contributing to sales strategy development.

Troubleshooting and handling complaints:

Addressing customer issues and resolving them efficiently.
