Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
female telesales executive
to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into property sales or site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding residential/commercial properties.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
Provide accurate information about property details, prices, and available offers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives for client meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Handle client objections and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Support the sales team with lead generation and conversion activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate telesales or telemarketing (preferably female candidates).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and target-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive.
