Job Requirements

Female candidate preferred

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B / hospitality / restaurant tele sales

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and handle peak-hour pressure

Languages required: Hindi & English (Punjabi is a plus)

Age: 18-35 years

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and guest-handling skills

Strong ability to pitch restaurant offers, events, table bookings, and memberships

Proven persuasion and upselling skills

Working knowledge of CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and MS Office

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills for repeat guests

Target-driven, proactive, and positive attitude

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing guests

Promote F&B offers, party nights, memberships, and corporate/event bookings

Convert enquiries into confirmed table reservations and event bookings

Coordinate with the restaurant and events team for smooth booking confirmations

Maintain and update guest database, call records, and feedback

Achieve assigned booking and revenue targets

Salary & Incentives

Fixed salary + performance-based variable pay

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
