Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Experience: 0-1 year
Budget: ₹18,000 - ?22,000 per month
Location: Aggarwal City Square, Mangalam Place, Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi 110085
Department: Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Call new and existing leads provided by the company to introduce Shah TC and its product portfolio (APIs, Excipients, Nutraceuticals, Feed Ingredients). Determine and connect with the correct department (Procurement, Purchase, Production, etc.) and identify the appropriate contact person responsible for sourcing. Accurately capture and update essential customer information including Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Designation, Reporting Hierarchy / Decision Authority, Office Address etc. Understand basic customer needs such as product requirements, quantity, application, and purchase timeline. Track and perform regular follow-ups on enquiries, quotations, samples, and information shared, as per defined timelines. Share qualified leads and complete information with the Sales or Business Development team for further commercial discussions. Update all call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions accurately in CRM or Excel daily. Send introductory emails, product details, brochures, and documents to customers as required. Provide daily updates on number of calls made, leads generated, follow-ups done, and status of active enquiries
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fresher with Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer requirements Basic knowledge of pharma / nutraceutical / chemical industry (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Preferred Qualification

Graduate in any discipline Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation preferred
