Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic
Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
with
excellent communication skills
to join our growing team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building customer relationships, and supporting sales or service operations. Candidates with a minimum of
6 months of experience
in telecalling or customer service are preferred, though talented
freshers
are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or database systems regularly.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and missed calls to ensure proper conversion.
Maintain a positive, polite, and persuasive communication style at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills
in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
Minimum
6 months of experience
in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
Freshers
with outstanding communication skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling).
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
BPO, telesales, customer support, lead generation, or service-based industries.
Candidates with backgrounds in
education, real estate, visa consultancy, or financial services
will have an added advantage.
