Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell products/services using the CRM system.
Manage customer details, follow-ups, and interactions effectively within the CRM.
Convert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Provide accurate information about products/services to potential customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Work in collaboration with the sales team to improve performance and meet business goals.
Key Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in
Tele Sales / CRM Sales
(mandatory).
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced
night shift
environment.
Basic computer knowledge with CRM handling exposure.
Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
