Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database
Introduce and explain products or services to prospects
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
Follow up on leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
