Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting potential customers, and building long-term client relationships--all through compelling telephone conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database Introduce and explain products or services to prospects Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes Follow up on leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline Handle customer queries and objections professionally Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance
Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
