Tele Sales Executives
who can engage customers, explain our services, and drive both
service subscriptions and product/material sales

Role Overview
The Tele Sales Executive will be the
voice of NeXushubs
, reaching out to potential customers, parents, schools, corporates, and vendors. The role involves
calling, pitching, and closing sales
for:
Services:
Venue bookings, workshops, competitions, events
Products:
Toys, DIY kits, craft materials, and learning kits
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers, leads, and vendors.
Pitch NeXushubs' services (sports venues, workshops, event bookings) and material/product offerings.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales.
Maintain daily/weekly call reports, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
Build and nurture customer relationships for repeat sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team for
campaigns & promotions
.
Forward high-value leads (who request in-person meetings) to the
Field Sales Team
for closure.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum
1-2 years of tele sales / inside sales experience
(education, e-commerce, or service sales preferred).
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
; regional languages are an advantage.
Confidence in pitching over phone/WhatsApp; persuasive & target-driven.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools / MS Excel for lead tracking.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and high energy are also welcome.
