Job Summary

:


As a Tele Sales Executive at Eye Mantra Hospital, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients, and promoting the hospital's services, including eye care treatments, surgeries, and consultations. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential patients who are inquiring about eye care services or treatments. Product Knowledge: Be well-versed with all the services offered by Eye Mantra Hospital, including consultations, surgeries, and specialized treatments. Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential patients and directing them towards booking consultations or treatments. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential patients through regular follow-up calls and communication. Appointments and Scheduling: Schedule appointments, consultations, and surgeries for patients over the phone, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management team. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Market Research: Gather feedback from patients and prospects to help improve services and identify market trends. Customer Education: Educate potential patients about available treatments and procedures, including the benefits and pricing. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to provide a seamless experience for the patients.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

+ Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

+ 1-2 years of tele sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Skills:

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
+ A passion for healthcare services and helping others

Preferred Skills:



Experience in tele sales or customer service roles * Proficiency in Hindi/English or other regional languages, depending on the target market
