You will manage inbound and outbound calls, understand student requirements, handle objections, and confidently recommend the most suitable study options. You will also support application processing, follow up on leads from campaigns, drive conversions, and keep all records accurately updated in our database systems.
Requirements:
Strong English and Hindi (an additional regional language is an advantage), 1-3 years' experience in counselling/tele?sales, excellent listening skills, and a target?oriented, student?focused approach.
Salary:
Up to Rs 35K plus incentives and benefits
