The Tele Sales & Admin Executive is responsible for driving sales through tele-calling activities while simultaneously managing essential administrative functions to support smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, generating leads, closing sales, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support related to office coordination, documentation, compliance, and internal processes. This position plays a key role in supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and a well-organized workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Tele Sales Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and sales records accurately.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Address customer queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle routine administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and data management.
Support office management activities such as coordination with vendors, service providers, and logistics partners.
Assist in maintaining compliance-related records and internal policies.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between departments as required.
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative assistance such as attendance records, expense tracking, or payroll coordination.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and adherence to organizational procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, email) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
