The Web Consultant will be responsible for engaging with business owners via phone and email to present and explain the company's digital services. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients through online platforms, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to customer acquisition.
Perform outbound cold calls to engage and convert prospective clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and focus on high-potential opportunities.
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's web solutions to prospective clients.
Use digital tools and platforms efficiently; must be tech-savvy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum 6 months of experience in website sales or a similar sale related process.
