Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and investors regarding property projects.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM tools.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in
telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales
(real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling client queries and explaining property-related details.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and local languages is desirable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
