We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in tele-calling, lead generation, or a similar role. You will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone. A strong command of communication and organizational skills is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to a targeted list of potential and existing clients.
Engage in persuasive conversations to introduce and sell our products/services.
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using MS Excel or a CRM tool.
Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead status, and sales performance.
Mentor and assist junior telecallers as needed.
