About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Term Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable term insurance solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and digital platforms.
Educate clients on term insurance products, features, and benefits.
Conduct needs-based assessments to suggest the right insurance plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure closure of sales and timely policy issuance.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.
Stay updated with company products, industry trends, and competitors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and explain financial concepts in simple language.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
