Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce the company's clothing products and services. Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable clothing products based on their requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales using CRM tools. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel). Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about fabric types, clothing manufacturing processes, and customer preferences. Fluency in [Insert Languages Required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
