Eligibility Criteria for Tele Retail Sales Executive: Female Graduate with decent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English. Telesales experience will be an added advantage. Experience:
0 to 2Yrs : \xc3\x98 MedPlus offers both offline and online customer service to meet Customer\xe2\x80\x99s Medicine and other product requirements. \xc3\x98 Concierge Department endeavors to enhance Customer experience in Online platform (Medplusmart.com/App). \xc3\x98 Concierge Team members interact with Customers to understand their requirement, check availability, suggest additional products/offers, place the order and also inform the Customer regarding Invoice value, amount saved and expected delivery timelines. \xc3\x98 Concierge team members assist the Customers in after sale service by resolving customer queries and issues (if any). \xc3\x98 Concierge team members interact with various other departments while completing above mentioned tasks. - 6 days a week (rotational week off)
- Rotational shifts:
- 7 AM to 4 PM
- 11 AM to 8 PM
- CTC: 2.34 LPA (Including PF, ESI, Gratuity) + Additional Incentives & Yearly Bonus
- Meals Provided: Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks (Based on Shift)Annual Performance Appraisal for salary increments from the end of the first year (aligned with standard appraisal cycle & norms)
