We are a leading IT hardware distributor dealing in laptops, desktops, tablets, Monitors, and printers. We work closely with resellers, retailers, and corporate clients across Delhi NCR.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Promoter to connect with channel partners, promote product portfolio, generate leads, share offers, and assist the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of IT hardware.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to retailers, resellers, and corporate clients to promote IT hardware products and ongoing schemes.

Share daily price lists, stock updates, new arrivals, and promotions.

Promote the company's product portfolio through Email and WhatsApp.

Handle inbound enquiries regarding product details, pricing, and availability.

Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up and closures.

Maintain and update customer data, call logs, and follow-up sheets.

Send email newsletters, offers, and product updates to channel partners.

Coordinate with internal teams for stock status, dispatch information, and urgent requirements.

Achieve daily/weekly call and communication targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Graduation (Bachelor's degree mandatory).

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic understanding of IT hardware preferred; training will be provided.

Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email drafting, and MS Excel.

Strong follow-up skills and customer relationship abilities.

Experience in IT distribution or tele calling is an added advantage; fresher's may apply.

Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
