Researching prospects and making cold calls to find potential customers.
Sales & Persuasion:
Presenting products, handling objections, and persuading customers to buy or renew.
Customer Relationship Management:Building rapport, answering queries, providing support, and updating customer info in databases (CRM)
Target Achievement:
Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals set by management.
Reporting:
Preparing sales reports and providing feedback to improve strategies.
