Job Summary
The Tele Marketing Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective franchise partners and distributors across India. This crucial role involves initiating outbound calls, effectively communicating the value proposition of Elkos Healthcare's PCD Pharma Franchise model, qualifying leads, and supporting the regional sales team in achieving market penetration goals.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Management
Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls (cold calling) to potential chemists, pharmacists, distributors, and individuals interested in starting a PCD Pharma franchise across various untapped territories in India.
Product & Model Presentation: Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits, terms, and monopoly rights associated with the Elkos Healthcare PCD Pharma Franchise model, product range (tablets, syrups, injectables, etc.), and WHO-GMP quality standards.
Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify prospects based on established criteria (e.g., market potential, investment capacity, relevant experience) to ensure they are viable leads for the sales team.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate follow-up calls and preliminary virtual/physical meetings for the Regional Sales Managers and Business Development team.
