Telemarketing Executive
Elkos Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., an ISO and GMP-certified pharmaceutical company with a wide range of allopathic, Ayurvedic, and derma products, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. The Executive will be crucial in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, particularly for our PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing services, and driving revenue growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Market Expansion
Identify and research new business opportunities, markets, and growth areas for Elkos Healthcare's diverse product portfolio, including Tablets, Injections, Syrups, and Ayurvedic ranges.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the client base for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing services.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs in target segments.
Sales and Client Acquisition
Generate qualified leads and initiate contact with potential clients, distributors, and partners through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and quotations that clearly articulate the value proposition of Elkos Healthcare's products and services.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategy and financial objectives.
Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting future sales, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
