Connect with new customers and keep existing customers active.
Speak confidently, clearly, and to the point.
2. Product Information Sharing
Explain product details, rates, schemes, and benefits in simple words.
Suggest suitable products based on customer demand.
3. Order Collection - Zero Mistake
Take and confirm daily orders accurately.
Verify product name, quantity, and any active schemes.
Record all orders correctly on WhatsApp or Excel.
4. Professional Follow-Up
Follow up regularly with interested and existing customers.
Call back busy customers later with a smart and planned approach.
5. Build Strong Customer Relations
Communicate politely and professionally.
Build trust for repeat orders and long-term relationships.
6. Intelligent Selling
Suggest best deals, combos, and schemes to increase order size.
Promote monthly offers in a soft, smart, and friendly manner.
7. Fast WhatsApp Communication
Share price lists, schemes, and product images quickly.
Maintain fast and professional responses.
8. Daily Short Reporting
Submit a small daily report including:
Calls completed
Orders received
Follow-ups pending
New customers contacted
9. Problem Solver Attitude
Note customer issues clearly and share with the right team.
Update customers when the issue is resolved.
10. Growth & Target Mindset
Work towards monthly sales targets.
Activate 3-5 new customers every week.
Contribute to consistent company growth.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in sales (preferred).
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
