Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided data
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
Update CRM or daily call reports regularly
Handle customer queries and provide basic product information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in telecalling / telemarketing (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to handle rejection positively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Preferred Experience
Experience in B2B or B2C tele-sales
Exposure to industries like Solar, Real Estate, Finance, or Services (preferred but not mandatory)
