We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Tele Marketing Executive who loves talking to people and is excited about marketing! Your main role will be to find leads, reach out to them via LinkedIn, emails or calls, pitch our services, and forward potential clients to our BD team.
What You'll Do
Research and identify leads on LinkedIn, websites & other platforms
Write and send LinkedIn connection messages or emails
Call leads for initial outreach and pitch (training support will be provided)
Gather contact details and qualify leads
Share interested leads with the BD manager for next steps
Maintain a lead tracker and update status regularly
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Previous experience in the BPO sector in the sales process is preferred
Comfortable in cold calling and initiating conversations
Interest in sales and marketing
Good research and internet-surfing skills
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and improve
