We are looking for a Telemarketer to join our team and play a vital role in promoting the brand and services
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company's database.
Introduce and explain about company
Maintain a professional tone while promoting the brand and creating awareness.
Generate leads and encourage customers to explore our services.
Keep records of customer interactions and update the database as needed.
Work closely with the team to achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
Willingness to learn; prior experience in travel or telesales will be beneficial but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
