About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic

Telecallers (Female candidates only)

to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting our accounting software & apps, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Source new business opportunities via inbound leads, outbound calls, and email campaigns. Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable product solutions. Promote and generate sales of

Accounting Software & Mobile Apps

through calls. Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations with key decision-makers. Manage deal closures, prepare invoices, and follow up on collections. Update and maintain customer information and interactions in the

CRM system

. Build strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Consistently achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any graduate with

excellent communication skills

in

English, Hindi, and Bengali

. Proficiency in

MS Word, MS Excel, and basic computer skills

. Prior experience in

Telecalling (Sales), BPO (Outbound calls), or inside sales

preferred. Strong marketing and persuasion skills with a sales-driven mindset.

Immediate joiners preferred.
