Job Description

We are a Digital Marketing Agency offering services like Website Development, Application Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Consultancy. We focus on providing tailored solutions to meet our clients' marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our digital services. Handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and resolve customer questions. Promote services such as SEO, Social Media, Website Development, Paid Advertising, etc. Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with leads. Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reporting to the manager. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure lead conversion.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus. Ability to handle calls professionally and close deals effectively. Motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

Additional Details:

Training:

3 Days mandatory training after interview selection.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Structure:

?10,000 to ?15,000 fixed + attractive incentive plans based on performance.
