We are a reputed toy manufacturing brand known for delivering quality products across India. With a wide client base and growing demand, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller & Marketing Executive to join our team and support client engagement and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote our toy products. Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers over the phone. Share product catalogues, offers, and updates with clients. Assist in basic marketing activities including follow-ups and inquiry handling. Maintain call records and prepare simple reports on daily activities. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure smooth order flow. No sales target pressure -- focus is on building connections and generating interest.

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English. Basic knowledge of marketing or customer service preferred. Friendly and confident voice with a positive attitude. Ability to handle calls professionally and patiently. Knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and basic MS Excel is a plus. Punctual, disciplined, and well-organized.
