smart and well-experienced Telecaller and Tele Marketing Executive

to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for promoting our digital marketing services, fixing appointments for the sales team, managing data, and keeping a consistent follow-up with potential clients. Responsibilities

Promote Digital Marketing Services

: Engage with potential clients to introduce and explain our digital marketing solutions, highlighting their benefits and features.

Fix Appointments

: Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring efficient time management and a seamless transition.

Data Management

: Efficiently handle and organize client data, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects all interactions and transactions.

Follow-Up

: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.

Customer Service

: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Feedback and Reporting

: Collect feedback from clients and report it to the team to improve our services and approach.

Qualifications

Experience

: Proven experience in telecalling and tele sales, preferably within the digital marketing sector.

Communication Skills

: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.

: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
