Key Responsibilities

As a_

Tele-Marketing Executive,

_ your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Management:

Calling leads provided by the company (inquiries/applications).

Presentation:

Clearly and attractively informing clients about the features, benefits, and pricing of the company's various real estate projects.

Appointment Setting:

Arranging site visits or meetings for prospective clients.

Follow-Up:

Consistently following up with clients and resolving their queries and doubts.

Data Entry:

Accurately logging all call data and customer interactions in the CRM or excel sheets.
Required Skills & Experience

Gender:

Female candidates only

(This position is specifically reserved for female applicants).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is mandatory.

Education:

Graduate in any stream/12th pass.

Language Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.

Qualities:

Enthusiastic, customer-focused, target-oriented, and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Local Candidate:

Preference will be given to candidates from Lucknow or surrounding areas.
