Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Present products or services and explain their features clearly.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Follow up on leads to generate more business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Report sales performance and feedback to the manager.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus.
Work Environment:
