Job Description

We are urgently Hiring Telemarketers with Fluent Communication skills who can interact with our US Clients via Calls, Chats/Email etc.

English Fluency is a Must

Candidate must be having at least 1 Year of Experience in handling calls and resolving customer queries.

Candidate must be a Localite from Lucknow.

Candidate must be ready to work in 12 Noon-9PM Shift.

Females Preferred.

Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program Answer potential clients' questions about home improvement projects or goals Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff Refer customer complaints to supervisor for better resolution of client queries. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times Creating achievable sales goals that grow progressively larger over time. Informing staff of individual and overall sales targets to promote accountability within the team Experience as a telemarketing executive within the industry. Considerable experience as a telemarketer prior to your promotion. Knowledge of all pertinent consumer rights and responsibilities. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions. Top-notch leadership, mentorship, and capacity development abilities. Capacity to remain respectful, particularly when speaking to disgruntled customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
