Telemarketing Executive
to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
Promote digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, website development, and paid ads
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Maintain a professional relationship with clients
Update CRM and share daily call reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & basic English
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
Ability to handle objections and close leads
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
