We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, promote our products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions
Generate leads and close sales where possible
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar role (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
